This Privacy Policy is an official legal privacy agreement formulated independently for Sivok (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), a lightweight daily shooting journal tool. The App is dedicated to helping users record daily life through one-click photo uploading and text annotation, forming exclusive daily shooting journals that support permanent local storage and real-time viewing. This policy systematically specifies the data processing specifications, privacy protection standards, user rights and obligation boundaries of the App in the process of daily shooting content creation and management.
All acts of downloading, installing and using the App’s core functions shall be deemed that you have fully read, accurately understood and unconditionally accepted all clauses of this policy. If you have any objection to any term, you shall immediately terminate the use of the App and completely clear all local journal data generated by the service.
1. User Qualification Access Provision
The services of this App are only open to users aged 18 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from downloading, accessing and using all functions of the App.
The daily shooting and life recording functions of the App are designed for adult users’ personal life recording scenarios and do not provide services for minors. The platform will not actively collect, store or process any personal information and usage data of minors. In the event that minor-related content is accidentally acquired due to extreme system abnormalities, the platform will perform thorough and irreversible permanent deletion at the first time. All users confirm that they have full civil capacity and independently bear all legal responsibilities for the content they record and publish.

Sivok adheres to four strict privacy protection principles in all service links: user active authorization, local exclusive processing, functional necessity priority, and zero commercial data leakage. All daily shooting content uploading, text editing and journal storage operations are completed in the user’s local device sandbox. The platform never collects user data in a hidden manner, nor uses user private journal content for commercial promotion, data trading and other unauthorized behaviors.
3. Scope of User Data Processed
To meet the basic operation requirements of daily shooting journal creation, storage and viewing functions, the App only processes user data actively submitted and authorized by users, with no excessive collection of irrelevant private information. The specific processing scope is as follows:
3.1 Daily Shooting Journal Content
Original personalized content independently created and uploaded by users for daily life recording:
• Daily Shooting Photos: Local life photos, scene photos and daily fragment pictures actively uploaded by users for daily shooting journal recording.
• Text Annotation Information: User self-edited descriptive text, including daily mood, life insights, shooting notes and other personalized record content.
• Integrated Daily Journal: Complete daily shooting journal files formed by synthesizing user uploaded photos and text information, supporting local permanent storage and anytime viewing.
3.2 Anonymous Operational Optimization Data
To optimize the App’s running stability, improve photo uploading compatibility and fix functional bugs, the platform anonymously collects non-identifiable basic operation data such as device model, system version and App running logs. Such data cannot locate any individual user identity, is completely isolated from user private journal content, and is only used for internal product iteration and experience optimization.
4. Legal & Compliant Data Usage Scenarios
All processed user data is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service operation purposes to ensure the stable realization of the core daily shooting recording function, with no hidden or expanded usage rights:
• Complete core journal recording: Realize local parsing, generation and storage of user daily shooting photos and text notes, and create exclusive daily life journals for users.
• Support real-time content viewing: Sort and store daily shooting journals in a standardized manner to facilitate users’ free query and viewing of historical records at any time.
• Optimize product service experience: Analyze anonymous operation data to improve photo uploading efficiency, text editing fluency and App running stability.
• Resolve user service demands: Respond to user function consultation, problem feedback and privacy-related inquiries through the official exclusive email channel.
5. Local Storage Mechanism & User Absolute Control
Sivok adopts a full offline local storage mode. All user daily shooting photos, edited text information and integrated journal files are exclusively stored in the user’s personal mobile device. The platform has no remote server upload, cloud synchronization and automatic backup functions, and will not actively transmit any user private journal content to the outside world.
Temporary cache files generated during photo uploading and journal editing will be automatically cleared after the completion of a single task to avoid redundant data occupation. Users have full independent control over all journal content, and can view, edit, sort, export and delete daily shooting journals at will. All deleted data will be permanently and thoroughly erased without residual backups and cannot be recovered.
6. Third-Party Data Confidentiality Commitment
The App strictly abides by the privacy confidentiality agreement. We will never sell, lease, share, transmit or disclose any user’s daily shooting photos, text records and private journal content to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals in daily operation.
The App’s daily shooting recording function is independently developed and operated, with no embedded third-party data statistics SDK, behavior tracking tools and external data transmission interfaces. User data will only be disclosed in strict accordance with national laws and regulations and valid judicial law enforcement documents when mandatory legal requirements are met.
7. Full-Link Data Security Protection
The platform builds an encrypted local security isolation system for user daily journal data. All content uploading, editing and saving operations run in an independent sandbox environment, which effectively resists data leakage, tampering, loss and illegal access risks. The platform implements strict internal permission closed-loop management, and no staff can view, obtain or export user private daily shooting journal data in any form to fully protect user life recording privacy.
8. Sensitive Data Non-Collection Statement
The App’s functional logic is limited to daily shooting recording and journal storage. Users can manually clear App cache through device settings at any time, which will not affect the normal storage and viewing of core daily shooting journal data.
10. User Content Compliance Liability
Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all daily shooting photos and text content uploaded and recorded by themselves. Users undertake not to use this App to create, upload or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, false and other content that violates national laws, regulations and public order and good customs.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service qualification of users who violate compliance regulations, and reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities for illegal acts.
11. Policy Update & Validity Rules
We reserve the right to irregularly revise and update this Privacy Policy in accordance with product function iteration, service upgrade and updates of national personal information protection laws and regulations. The latest revised policy will be publicly displayed in the App with a clear revision date. Users’ continued use of the App’s services after the update shall be deemed as full acceptance of the revised policy terms.
